The expansive tribal chic indoor living room opens up directly onto the veranda. Sit back and watch your favorite sport on the big screen TV, or catch up on your emails in the office nook equipped with a desk and printer. The veranda itself features two additional lounge areas to enjoy your morning coffee or an amazing cocktail hour.
All 5 bedrooms can accommodate at least two guests each, are equipped with full sized closets, and are air-conditioned for your comfort. Each bedroom suite features green tea-infused mattresses and luxuriously soft cotton linens. Access to the pool area is through the sliding doors and along the shared patio.

The boardwalk is a beautifully developed beach front walkway, located in the heart of Philipsburg, St. Maarten. On the boardwalk you can find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and casinos. On the beach you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas and get some of the greatest island cocktails. This beautiful strip is less than a mile away from Villa En ‘Sea.
Sint Maarten features some of the world’s most beautiful beaches, with white sand, warm oceans and sunny days all year around. There are 37 beaches among the Dutch side & French side. While they are all worth visiting, Little Bay Beach and Great Bay Beach are both on walking distance from Villa En ‘Sea. Super convenient!
The Front Street is the Main Street of Sint Maarten and located in the heart of Philipsburg. It’s the perfect place to buy fine jewelry, souvenirs, electronics and clothing. Definitely worth visiting and less than a mile away from Villa En ‘Sea.
Princess Juliana International Airport (PJIA) in Sint Maarten is one of the most popular airports in the world, and often covered by the main stream media. The arriving airplanes in Sint Maarten are making spectacular low approaches over Maho Beach which attracts hundreds of thousands of tourists per year. The best and safest place to do airplane spotting is at Sunset Beach Bar. Great entertainment, great food, great cocktails and only meters away from the incoming planes. It’s a must see!
This place was amazing for our group of 11 (we were 6 adults and 4 kids and a baby).
The space was beyond perfect - there were great places for us to socialize as a large group and nice places to escape to for private / solo time.
The views were breathtaking (and you had it from every room). Beyond the space itself, all of our support team were so helpful.
CeeCee was incredibly responsive and very helpful in all the advance work. Gisele was the manager on the island and she knew everything and everyone! She helped with bookings and reservations and tips on where to go for various needs. She was also incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. Miguel was our on-site help who did everything from help us get the grill fired up to ensuring our pool was ready daily for our swim and all things in between.
Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased with the space, the management team, and the island.
We will definitely be back....actually didn't want to leave!

Cassandra went above and beyond to make my stay here extra special especially for my 30th!
It’s a new home on airbnb so when I requested extra pictures, she was super responsive and added in extra options like a chef and decor. I probably asked 100+ questions through email and she answered each one. She organized it all from the transportation bus to even personally getting white flowers for a centerpiece.
The house is a dream. Better than expected.
The view of the blue water is seen from the terrace and EVERY room. It’s like a painting.
And yes, there is a washer/dryer.

Booked this home for my 30th birthday celebration. I cannot put into words how beautiful it really is.
The home is airy, large, clean, with views that are to die for! Each room has natural light and access to the outside space.
From helping us secure transportation, to selecting a location to host my birthday dinner, Cassie made this an amazing stay for my group and I. Miguel, the groundskeeper was attentive and responsive.
Really appreciated that both went with the flow, even with unexpected changes to our arrival and itinerary.
Highly recommend this stay and cannot wait to be back.

The moment I walked through the front door; I was able to see the blue ocean. The home is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. No matter where you stand in the home, you can see a gorgeous view of Sint Maarten.
The home consists of 5 bedrooms with multiple bathrooms, clean and spacious. Every room has an ocean room! Imagine waking up to that throughout the trip. The dining area overlooks the ocean as well. Kitchen was spacious and the patio / pool was clean. All amenities and ample towels were provided.
It was also great that maintenance worker- Miguel was accessible at all times! His response and hospitality were amazing as well. No words to describe the hospitality that was provided. We were 10 females on a bachelorette party and the recommendations provided by CeeCee was on point.
The response time was quick, and she was very accommodating. Everyone on the trip could not stop raving about their experience and recommendations. The ladies are already talking about come back and staying in the home again. I highly recommend renting this location. You will not regret.
Villa En ‘Sea is one of the best villa’s we’ve stayed in so far. Super clean, new furniture, spacious rooms, great swimming pool and a STUNNING view of the ocean! Every morning around 8am you can see the cruise ships coming in, and around 5pm they are leaving again. A must see! The villa is very centrally located. Only a 3 minutes’ drive to Philipsburg and the boardwalk. It was worth every penny.
We’ve decided to celebrate our 10 years anniversary in St. Maarten. Wow. We had such a great time. The villa was so nice. It felt like home. We’ve spent endless hours on the porch. Eating, drinking, lounging, laughing and overlooking the ocean. Carpe Diem!
Magnificent place! I true gem in the Caribbean. Very spacious & clean, only 5 minutes from the capital (Philipsburg), walking distance to the beach, and the most amazing view of the Caribbean Sea. We will be back in December. We love Sint Maarten!
